BionClo-P septic bio-activator powder tub with a scoop and powder

BionClo-P

A powerful bio-powder poured straight into the septic tank cleanout, softening solid build-up and restoring drainage

BionClo-P septic bio-activator powder is poured straight into the septic tank cleanout opening with the scoop provided. Once the Bacillus germinates in the tank, it targets the solid waste blocking the vertical cleanout pipe and breaks it down until the waste liquefies and drainage runs freely again. Regular use keeps the tank's microbial balance stable and stops it solidifying again.

  • Four Bacillus strains, more than 4 billion viable spores per gram
  • 1–2 scoops for routine care; 4–8 scoops for a first or urgent treatment
  • Add it at bedtime and leave 6–8 hours for the bacteria to activate
  • Once a month keeps the tank healthy, free of hard build-up and odour

WHY CHEMICALS FAIL

Why does the smell come back after cleaning?

Strong acids, alkalis and bleach kill bacteria and suppress odour at once, but only as a temporary chemical mask. With the decomposing microbes wiped out too, the septic tank loses its ability to break waste down, sludge builds up, and within days the odour returns stronger.

HOW IT WORKS

Working directly on the waste blocking the pipe

The powder goes straight into the tank, so the bacteria start where they are needed most: first breaking down the solid waste blocking the vertical cleanout pipe, then steadily converting the organic matter in the tank and reducing the gases that cause odour.

  1. Suppress sulfate-reducing bacteria, cutting hydrogen sulfide (H₂S)
  2. Take up ammonia (NH₃/NH₄⁺)
  3. Break down sludge with protease, lipase, cellulase and amylase before it blocks pipes

Directions

  1. Measure the dose: with the 50 g scoop provided, use 1–2 scoops (50–100 g) for routine care, or 4–8 scoops for a first or urgent treatment.
  2. Pour precisely: straight into the septic tank cleanout opening, or into a ground-floor or basement toilet that drains to the septic tank.
  3. Rest and activate: add it at bedtime or when no water is being used, and leave it for 6–8 hours so the bacteria and enzymes can activate without being flushed away.
  4. Maintain regularly: then use it once a month to keep the septic tank healthy and odour-free.

A tank with severe hard build-up, or a sudden odour outbreak from a change of season or heavier use, counts as urgent: treat it with 4–8 scoops, then return to monthly routine care so it does not solidify again.

In use

Photographed day by day after BionClo-P was added to a septic tank with solidified waste. From day 0 to day 3 the crust softens and breaks down, and its colour lightens from dark brown.

The three clips below are from the same treatment. Stirred through the cleanout opening, the solids are visibly looser and more liquid each day.

Where to use it

  • Septic tanks in houses and residential communities
  • Septic cleanouts that are blocked or draining slowly
  • Ground-floor and basement toilets that drain to a septic tank
  • Septic tanks with hard build-up or seasonal odour outbreaks
